TENNISPOT / Privacy
Your information. Handled with care.
This notice explains how GNDC Co., Ltd. handles personal information through the TENNISPOT corporate website and sales enquiries. Additional mandatory rights under your local law continue to apply.
Who is responsible
GNDC Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea, is responsible for the personal information described here. Address: 3F, 95 Yatap-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do 13506, Republic of Korea. Privacy Officer: SHIN SANG HYO. For questions or rights requests, email lewis@strikezon.com.
Information we process
The enquiry form requires your name, email, project country, enquiry type and message. Company, facility type and expected system quantity are optional. We also process the selected website language, submission reference, time and consent/policy version. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser/device details and security logs. Please do not include sensitive information or information about other people without authority.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry information to answer your request, discuss quotations, distribution or technical support, and keep related correspondence. Depending on the applicable law, grounds include your consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in secure website operation, and legal obligations. Enquiry consent is not permission for unrelated marketing. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention and deletion
Submitted enquiries, consent evidence and email delivery status are stored in a protected database, and the enquiry is emailed to lewis@strikezon.com. Only authorised GNDC staff can review records and export them to Excel. GNDC sets a maximum retention period of 12 months from receipt for ordinary enquiries, not a statutory one-year minimum. We delete information without undue delay when its purpose is fulfilled or following a valid erasure or withdrawal request, unless a separate lawful ground requires retention. The same limit applies to the related mailbox copies. Downloaded working files must be deleted when the task ends and, under our internal rule, within 7 days of download, never later than the source record. Required contract, accounting or dispute records are separated and limited to the relevant items, lawful ground and retention period; an ordinary enquiry is not automatically a transaction record. An authorised operator verifies deletion across the database, mailbox, working copies and recycle bins; electronic records are erased so they cannot readily be recovered, and paper is shredded. Provider backup copies follow the provider’s applicable lifecycle, are not used for routine business and must not reintroduce deleted records on restoration. The current administration screen does not automatically delete records or recall downloaded files.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised GNDC enquiry personnel. Website hosting and database services use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) sends enquiry messages to lewis@strikezon.com; the receiving mailbox service stores incoming mail. These service operations are distinct from providing leads to independent distributors. GNDC does not sell enquiry data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and does not forward it to a distributor without a separate lawful basis or your instructions. Providers must process data only for the commissioned purpose, protect it, control subprocessors and support deletion and rights requests under applicable contracts. Disclosures required by law may occur.
International processing
GNDC handles enquiries in the Republic of Korea. On submission, enquiry details and delivery metadata are sent over an encrypted connection to Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.; support@resend.com) in the United States to deliver the message. Resend states that message and log storage is in the United States even when another sending region is selected; its retention depends on the contracted plan and settings. OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and the receiving mailbox service may also involve overseas processing; their actual processing countries, contracted entities, retention settings and applicable transfer basis must be identified for GNDC’s account. Contact lewis@strikezon.com for transfer details or to discuss an alternative contact method before submitting. Choosing not to submit prevents this form’s enquiry transmission. A collection/use checkbox is not separate consent to an international transfer and does not replace the legally required transfer notice or safeguards. GNDC must satisfy the applicable Korean and, where relevant, overseas transfer requirements before relying on the corresponding legal ground.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, validates submissions and consent, and keeps email credentials on the server. The administrator page, enquiry APIs and Excel export require authorised owner access; responses containing enquiry data are marked private/no-store. Downloads contain personal information and are not password-encrypted by this feature. Authorised staff must restrict files to approved encrypted company storage, prevent unauthorised sharing and delete unnecessary copies. Retention reviews and deletion are operator-managed; automatic erasure and a dedicated enquiry access/export audit trail are not currently provided by this feature. No transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, identity numbers or medical information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent for future processing. Email lewis@strikezon.com with the enquiry reference if available; do not send an identity-document copy unless proportionately requested. We verify identity only as needed and respond within the applicable deadline. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, requests are normally answered within one month; any legally permitted extension is explained within that month. If retention is legally required, we explain the ground, relevant items and period and restrict other uses. Refusing optional fields does not prevent an enquiry. Refusing the required collection/use consent prevents online submission; you may discuss another contact method by email. Enquiry consent is not permission for advertising. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to Korea’s PIPC or the competent local authority, including an EEA authority or the UK ICO. This notice does not limit statutory rights.
Children
This is a business enquiry website, not a service directed at children. Children should not submit personal information through this form. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assess and delete it where required.
Updates
We will publish changes with an updated effective date. Material changes requiring a new notice or consent will be addressed before the new processing starts. Product applications and independently operated venues may have separate privacy notices.
